Job summary

Gbti-Solutions-Inc seeks an experienced Site Lead to provide on-site project-management support for USBP and AMO facilities. You will act as the primary contractor lead at the location, ensuring alignment with the SOW and Government client priorities, while coordinating with multiple contractor teams and government staff.

The role emphasizes strong coordination, risk awareness, and adherence to security and conduct standards, supporting transition and surge activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction project management.
• Experience with Government contracting.
• No less than five years of experience for the Site Lead designation.
• Education offset possible with additional relevant government experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary or alternate Contract Site Lead for the assigned location.
• Coordinate contractor personnel to keep tasking aligned to the SOW and priorities.
• Keep the Contract Program Manager and DC PM Lead informed of local risks and issues.
• Support the 30-day transition and surge/backfill coordination for the site.
• Reinforce contractor conduct and site security requirements.
• Do not administer the Government contract or alter terms.
