Job summary

GBTI Solutions Inc. is seeking a Facility Project Manager to support a portfolio of government facilities. The role emphasizes operations, sustainment, repair, and alteration work, as well as construction projects to keep sites mission-ready.

You will manage requirements through execution and closeout, maintaining cost, schedule, risk, and facility data in government systems of record, working with cross-agency teams and end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction project management.
• Experience with Government contracting.
• Education offset by additional relevant experience with Government client and COR approval.

Responsibilities

• Facility operations management: monitor maintenance and track completion.
• Project management support from initiation to closeout for facilities.
• Construction management reporting: track progress and ensure QA.
• Quality assurance: develop QA methods and audits.
• Facility project requirements, alternatives, oversight, and closeout.
• Configuration and risk: manage change control and risk registers.
• Acquisition support: assist with procurement timelines and analyses.
• Funding management and budget: track funding and report monthly.
