Job summary

Gbti-Solutions-Inc in McAllen, TX, seeks a Facility Project Manager to support facilities operations, sustainment, repair, and alteration work as well as construction projects that keep USBP and AMO sites mission-ready.

You will manage the facility portfolio from requirements through execution and closeout, maintaining cost, schedule, risk, and facility data in government systems of record and coordination with governments partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction project management.
• Experience with Government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Facility operations management: monitor maintenance and track completion.
• Develop repair solutions and the task documentation needed to execute them.
• Assist with oversight and monitoring of environmental task completion.
• Ensure permits, warranties, and equipment documentation are recorded in the systems of record.
• Interface with customers, executing agencies, and the Facility and Infrastructure Manager.
• Coordinate with M&R status, funding, and reporting inputs with specialists and staff.
• Support facilities construction/alteration projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and validate facility project requirements with end users and servicing agencies.
• Review and consolidate project documentation and keep data current in TRIRIGA/SAP/WMS/SharePoint.
