Job summary

Gbti-Solutions-Inc is seeking a Site Lead in Indianapolis, IN to provide full project-management support for USBP and AMO facilities projects. You will serve as the on-site contractor lead, coordinating staff, schedules, and delivery against the SOW while keeping the Government client, COR, and Contract Program Manager informed of risks and milestones.

You will manage project planning, coordination with USACE, FAA, and GSA, and maintain data across SharePoint, SAP, WMS and TRIRIGA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction project management.
• Experience with Government contracting.
• Five years of experience for the Site Lead designation.
• Education requirements may be offset by additional relevant experience with Government approval.

Responsibilities

• Site Lead responsibilities: be primary/alternate Contract Site Lead for the region, support Government during business hours, coordinate onboarding, staffing and performance at site, align tasks with SOW and client priorities, monitor risks and delivery, support transition and surge backfill, enforce conduct and security; do not administer contract or modify terms.
• Core project management responsibilities: manage facilities construction/alterations from initiation to closeout, work with end users to define requirements, coordinate with USACE/FAA/GSA, perform planning and risk/budget/schedule support, maintain data in SharePoint, SAP, WMS and TRIRIGA.
• Construction management reporting: track progress every other week, ensure conformity with drawings and specs, write reports and trip reports, visit sites monthly.
• Quality assurance: help develop QA methods, milestones, audit processes, and corrective actions; conduct monthly quality audits.
• Requirements, approvals, and closeout: assist with site visits and evaluations, coordinate inputs, review alternatives, provide site oversight, consolidate closeout docs and support financial closeout.
• Configuration and risk: support change control, estimate impacts, submit changes in TRIRIGA; perform risk activities and monthly updates.
• Related SOW duties: acquisition support, funding management, and facility operations oversight including documentation.
