Job summary

Gbti-Solutions-Inc is seeking a qualified candidate to support corridor-level acquisition, funding/budget, and BOMR activities. The role supports USBP and AMO in planning, executing, tracking, and sustaining real property and facility operations across the assigned corridor.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of facility management experience, with the ability to coordinate with government stakeholders, prepare cost estimates, and manage budgets using

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five or more years of facility management experience.
• Experience offset by relevant government experience with COR approval.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition support and monitor procurement timelines.
• Assist with development of SOW, SOO, PWS.
• Prepare IGCEs and lifecycle cost estimates.
• Track funding and budget in SAP and coordinate PRRs.
• Maintain TRIRIGA data and monthly reporting on funding.
• Coordinate with BOMR Corridor Managers and servicing agencies.
