Job summary

SD Solutions, LLC is seeking a Facilities Operations/Management Specialist to oversee multiple federal facilities in Laredo, TX. You will manage maintenance, coordinate with sites and vendors, and support the PMO with SOW/IGCE creation and cost estimates.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities management, OSHA 10, and the ability to obtain CBP Public Trust clearance. Onsite role with relocation/sign-on options for qualified incumbents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance/repair management experience.
• OSHA 10 hour training preferred.
• Ability to create SOWs and IGCEs for bids/procurement.
• Experience with TRIRIGA, Maximo, or similar systems.
• Experience estimating with RSMeans or similar tools.
• CBP/public trust suitability background or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage client facilities for the federal contractor.
• Coordinate maintenance actions with sites and contractors.
• Create and manage SOWs/IGCEs for work orders and procurement.
• Track budgets, funding, and reporting for initiatives.
• Support PMO and government in repair solutions and documentation.
