Job summary

Event Source seeks a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across all locations, leading a hands-on team and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective programs. You will manage equipment, safety, and vendor relationships to ensure reliable operations.

The role emphasizes prioritizing needs by location, maintaining budgets, and driving continuous improvement. Occasional travel to company sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years related experience.
• 5+ years refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general repair.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to interpret varied instructions (written, oral, diagram, or schedule).
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across locations and supervise hands-on team.
• Develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Schedule, prioritize, and supervise maintenance activities safely.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete projects on time.
• Monitor safety inspections, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Manage purchasing of tools, parts, and supplies within budget.
