Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Facilities Manager to optimize maintenance, manage capital projects, and drive cost-effective decisions for its production center. This on-site role partners with plant personnel to ensure safety, reliability, and scalable operations.

You will lead preventative maintenance programs, manage R&M budgets, and coordinate with national vendors to deliver high-quality service while upholding safety standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive facilities management experience.
• Demonstrated success in repair and preventative maintenance programs and budgets.
• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Travel required by car and plane.
• Flexible schedules and work in varying temperature zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for repair and maintenance issues escalated by operations and service providers.
• Manage capital budgets, R&M spending, and GA expenses.
• Standardize and improve facilities processes, tools, systems, and workflows.
• Identify, qualify and manage national/regional vendor relationships for repairs and maintenance.
• Plan and oversee capital projects and rollouts, on schedule and on budget.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Oversee work orders and coordinate with landlords or property managers.
• Ensure warranty compliance for equipment and services at site level.
