Job summary

Global Industrial, a long-standing industrial equipment distributor, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance programs for its distribution center and office facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, manage preventive and breakdown maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to ensure equipment uptime.

The role requires hands-on experience with PIT, conveyors, racking, and building systems, plus leadership and safety compliance. Travel up to 25% to other sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a maintenance program in a supervisory role.
• 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience on material handling equipment and building infrastructure.
• Experience maintaining safety, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire suppression, and power backup systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for distribution center equipment.
• Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate equipment history and spare parts inventory.
• Travel up to 25% to other network distribution centers as needed.
