Job summary

Event Source is seeking a dedicated Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee facility and maintenance needs across all company locations. This hands-on leader will ensure safe, functional equipment and production machinery, while guiding the maintenance team across interior and exterior repairs and preventive programs.

The role emphasizes prioritizing local needs, coordinating with leadership, managing budgets and vendors, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with 3–5 years related experience.
• 5+ years in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general repair.
• Tow motor experience is a plus; training provided.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and production support to meet standards set by leadership.
• Lead, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Develop and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Establish priorities and workflows for the maintenance team.
• Ensure equipment and facility assets are maintained and operational.
• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections and address issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete projects.
• Train and develop team members on equipment operation and safety.
