Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking a Weekend Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee all facilities activities, ensuring the shop floor runs with maximum uptime and aligns with production schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.

You will maintain production equipment, coordinate maintenance requests, perform preventive maintenance, and manage records, while collaborating with engineering and operations to support installations and improvements.

Qualifications

We are partnering with a specialized manufacturing company seeking a weekend Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee management of all areas of facilities ensuring the shop floor operates with maximum uptime and supports production schedule, quality standards, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support production equipment, facility systems, and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate, assign, and track maintenance requests and work activities.
• Perform and document preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Maintain required maintenance, equipment, and facility records.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitoring of facility and production systems.
• Safely handle chemicals and other regulated or hazardous materials as required.
• Perform routine troubleshooting, minor repairs, and general maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee external contractors and service providers.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and technical teams on equipment installation, qualification, testing, maintenance, and modifications in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
