Job summary

Fanatics seeks a Facilities Lead to ensure optimal operation of our fulfillment and manufacturing centers. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on conveyors, automation, and building systems, collaborating with a cross-functional team to minimize downtime and improve performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, safety compliance, and leadership in maintenance execution, with responsibility to uphold high standards across site operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting across conveyor, manufacturing, and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting with NEC compliance standards.
• Advanced motor controls troubleshooting with PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and External I/O Devices.
• Advanced fabrication skills to support repairs and modifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS/Graphical interfaces.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience or education in Material Handling Equipment, Manufacturing, and/or Installation.
• Ability to work independently with clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to maximize site uptime.
• Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues across automated systems and conveyors.
• Lead communication of repair status and priorities to leadership and operations.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety and NEC standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making.
• Operate and maintain PIT, conveyors, and manufacturing equipment as required.
