This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, driving equipment reliability, managing capital and maintenance improvement initiatives, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The Maintenance Manager will provide leadership to maintenance personnel while developing strategies that improve asset performance and support long-term operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
