Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Palo Alto, CA to support the Facilities Manager in delivering operations, maintenance, procurement, and vendor management for client properties. You will help manage work orders, interface with occupants, and ensure service levels align with KPIs and SLAs, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity.
• Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services alongside Facilities Manager.
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance per escalation protocols.
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors, monitor monthly SLA performance.
• Collaborate within the account team to implement IFM best practices and innovations.
• Assist in developing operating and capital budgets and in implementing client projects.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for clients and optimize supplier spend.
