Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Serve as the contact for escalated landlord/tenant/service-provider communications, ensuring procedures and reporting formats are followed.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance reports to management; suggest efficiency improvements.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors.
• Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Resolve complex problems and propose approaches to meet team objectives.
• Develop new techniques to help the team meet objectives.
• Directly impacts team and related teams’ objectives.
• Ensure outcomes positively impact customer objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Guide the team through basic practices and build consensus.
