Job summary

CBRE, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the team coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed.

This role resides in the Facilities Management area, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans. You will manage daily activities, coordinate vendors, schedule maintenance, and generate progress reports to help drive efficiency and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules and assign tasks.
• Point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers; ensure procedures and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review data from work order reports and create performance and progress reports; suggest efficiency improvements.
• Design and oversee cleaning and disinfecting schedules for the building.
• Conduct market research and compare costs when evaluating new vendors.
• Track facility expenses, both regular and ad-hoc.
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to achieve team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to meet objectives.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; build consensus.
