Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team in delivering client facility services. You will handle work orders, coordinate with contractors, and monitor building systems to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in admin or tenant services, strong MS Office skills, and a client-focused approach. This is an on-site position based in Minneapolis, MN with occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; assoc./bachelors in facilities management preferred.
• 1 year of administrative, accounting, or tenant services experience; data entry, reporting, and scheduling.
• Proficient with MS Office and strong written/spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely, quality issue resolution.
• Create and manage work orders; coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors.
