Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Facilities Coordinator to assist the facility management team in delivering services for client facilities. The role supports ongoing facility operations and team responsibilities to ensure smooth service delivery.

Strong communication and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams are essential. You will handle work orders, coordinate with contractors, monitor building systems, and ensure timely reporting on performance and issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred
• Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications preferred
• Prior experience in facilities/property management or professional services industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely, quality service delivery
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment
• Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor vendor performance and report on open/closed work orders
• Provide facilities helpdesk services and communicate with client, landlords and vendors
