Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team in delivering high-quality service across client sites. You will monitor building operations, respond to inquiries, coordinate with contractors, and manage work orders from creation to payment.

You will also train vendors, report on performance against SLAs, and help ensure safety procedures and building compliance while communicating status to clients and landlords.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Associate's degree or higher in business management or facilities management preferred.
• Experience in facilities coordination or related role is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work orders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office facilities.
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs.
• Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors, vendors.
• Track work orders and verify final invoicing.
• Train vendors on work order and billing procedures.
• Support vendor performance monitoring.
• Assist with site inspections and event coordination.
