Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Frisco, TX to assist the facility management team with daily operations and service delivery. The role supports ongoing facility and team responsibilities, including communication with clients, vendors, and landlords.

The coordinator will manage work orders, track maintenance, measure KPIs, and help ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high service quality across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in an administrative, accounting or tenant services capacity.
• Data entry, reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience in facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries ensuring timely, quality issue resolution and service delivery.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Report on open/closed work orders and track status with relevant parties.
