Job summary

Excellerate is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to join our operations team in the United States. You will coordinate daily facility service requests, assign maintenance tasks, and monitor contractor performance to ensure service levels are met.

With 2–5 years in facilities management, you will drive improvements to operations, uphold HSE standards, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or Building Operations.
• Experience coordinating soft and hard FM services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate daily facility service requests.
• Assign routine maintenance work to contractors or in-house teams.
• Escalate operational issues impacting service delivery.
• Monitor contractor performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify completion of work orders before closing them.
