Responsibilities

• Communication and management of facility resources and tools.
• Manage and operate facility systems; ensure safety and functionality.
• Serve as key-point of contact for Facility questions.
• Attend monthly Service Management meetings and quarterly SLA reviews.
• Develop and maintain Facility and Technical Service contracts, including SLAs.
