Job summary

Acelero, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Facilities Coordinator to support the Director of Operations and senior management.

You will manage office functions, vendor interactions, and service tickets, ensuring timely maintenance and facility compliance across locations. You will coordinate with the Learning and Development team on emergency plans, handle reports, and maintain records, while contributing to a safe, efficient work environment and strong customer service for internal and external

Qualifications

Minimum of three years in customer service in a large office or multi-location environment.
Experience using databases and ticketing portal or scheduling software preferred.
Travel up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first contact for external vendors, maintenance, and facility staff.
Establish and prioritize work orders in the ticketing system and assign to technicians.
Provide reports on open/closed work orders and track status with technicians.
Coordinate with contractors to ensure completed work and manage emergency responses.
Maintain inventories, purchasing, and vendor files; support administrative needs of operations.
