Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities/Program support professional for on-site work in Coopersburg, PA. You will assist the Facility Manager in operating and maintaining the property, build client relationships, and drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years of FM or related experience.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Ability to multitask and organize responsibilities to meet portfolio goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Manager in delivering services to operate and maintain the property.
• Develop client relationships with key stakeholders to support corporate real estate goals.
• Maintain client satisfaction through delivery of FM services and support programs.
• Support compliance with audit standards, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and enforce safety policies.
• Support work order management and coordination with in-house staff and vendors.
• Collaborate with account team to implement best practices and innovations.
