Job summary

JLL in Malvern, PA is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee two PA client sites and manage a mission-critical research environment. You will coordinate HVAC, cleanroom, and regulatory activities, while leading a small team and maintaining strong client relationships.

This onsite role requires 5+ years in facilities management, life sciences exposure, and solid vendor and budgeting skills. You will produce regular KPI reports, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Facilities Management with leadership exposure.
• 5+ years facilities management experience, including life sciences or lab environments.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, GLP and biosafety requirements for regulated facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory abilities with client-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation ability.
• Proficient with MS Office and CMMS work order systems.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization with vendors, engineers, and clients.
• Experience supervising vendor performance including off-hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for the client, JLL site team, and vendors at assigned sites.
• Oversee delivery of services for additional client sites.
• Implement programs and procedures to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reporting.
• Manage expense budgets in collaboration with finance and client reps.
• Coordinate with building engineering staff and landlords.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
