Job summary

JLL is hiring a Facilities Coordinator in Culver City, CA to support the Facilities Manager in delivering maintenance and operations across properties. You will ensure client satisfaction, manage work orders, and coordinate with vendors to meet KPIs and SLAs while supporting budget development and long-term plans.

Applicants should have 2+ years in a corporate or consulting setting, strong customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with building systems and CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity.
• Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services with facilities manager
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors
• Contribute to monthly SLA monitoring and KPI reporting
• Assist in development and management of operating and capital budgets
• Collaborate to implement IFM best practices and innovations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual client reporting
