Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Operations Specialist to monitor and manage critical building systems, ensuring safety and operational continuity across sites in Malvern, PA. The role focuses on BAS oversight, incident response, and coordination with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

You will troubleshoot BAS data, support maintenance, and maintain meticulous shift reports while delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel for reporting.
• Ability to analyze system operations and troubleshoot under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms for building mechanical, fire, and life safety systems via BAS.
• Conduct virtual facility tours to verify BAS operations across buildings.
• Track and escalate incidents to stakeholders per protocols.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting equipment using BAS data.
• Coordinate building shutdowns and maintenance with timely notifications.
• Process vendor work approvals and manage shift reports for communications.
