Job summary

World-Management is seeking an experienced Operations & Facilities Manager in the United States to plan and manage service schedules, coordinate personnel, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee budgets, inventories, contractor relations, and process improvements while driving market growth and efficient operations.

The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines across 7/24

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated operations experience.
• Significant facilities management experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while handling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspects and evaluates establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Audits and maintains inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Investigates new, promotes improved equipment and methods.
• Reviews customer service requests to diagnose cause and address with manager.
• Implements organization policies and goals.
• Analyzes and facilitates budget requests to identify cost reductions.
• Promotes services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Inspects plant and evaluates space and facilities use.
• Participates in plans, budgets, and schedule modifications including cost estimates and contracts.
• Ensures site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
• Contributes to long-range plans and capital outlay for improvements.
• Coordinates program specifications for proposals and contracts.
• Compiles data for estimates.
• Maintains financial reporting such as labor hours, overhead, expenses, billing and forecasting.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (FLSA, OSHA, ADA).
• Directs supervisory management supporting facilities programs.
• Acts as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Maintains contractor databases and correspondence.
• Establishes and maintains contractor contacts for smooth contract processes.
• Leads meetings with customers, clients, and employees in real time.
• Assists with human resource concerns and issues.
• Overseeing multiple shifts; location operates 7/24/365.
