Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking a Project Manager to lead diverse operational, facility, and supply chain initiatives from planning through closeout. You will work across internal teams and external partners to keep schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables on track.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, and skilled at coordinating with operations, facilities, vendors, contractors, and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, facilities, or related environments.
• Experience coordinating across operations, facilities, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on project management with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through execution and closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate site logistics, equipment, materials, and services for projects.
• Monitor timelines, costs, risks, and action items to keep momentum.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress to owners and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports and logs.
• Support permits, inspections, safety requirements, and compliance activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs across projects.
• Ensure proper documentation and final completion records.
