The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong leadership presence to manage people, processes, and external partners, while maintaining accurate logs and proactive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience managing teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting performance expectations and fostering accountability.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and coverage to ensure uptime.
• Conduct performance reviews and on-the-job training to build capability across the team.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of facility performance and uptime.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules for building and equipment.
• Manage end-of-day operations of the facility.
• Monitor environmental conditions and direct corrective actions to protect equipment longevity.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and incident reports.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA guidelines; ensure PPE compliance and electrical safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing facility operations.
• Conduct regular safety walkthroughs and implement corrective measures.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for inspections and audits.
