• Keeps master scheduling tools updated (Default Schedules, Calendars, SPS).
• Manages Omnia’s fulfillment systems and production calendars.
• Coordinate master schedules and provide operational schedules to Account Executives and Production Managers.
• Oversees purchasing for materials, sub-contractors, and fleet repair and maintenance needs.
• Participates in recruiting, the hiring process, and development of team members.
• Ensure safety, quality, and excellence rules and guidelines are followed.
• Manage field staff, uniforms and assigned tools and equipment.
