Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the WWF HQ facilities for efficient operations and occupant satisfaction.
• Manage the $1.5M PMA and serve as primary contact for the property manager.
• Oversee office services team and contracts; monitor contractual KPIs.
• Manage budget planning and expense coding; provide updates to Financial Operations Lead.
• Oversee workspace planning and occupancy; advise leadership on improvements.
• Support safety, security, and emergency protocols for the HQ building.
