Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Facilities Managers and technicians in the assigned region.
• Plan and manage short term and long term projects.
• Ensures safety programs and compliance with property management goals.
• Willing and able to work hands-on to complete work orders.
• Sets work schedules for facilities maintenance staff.
