Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned work orders from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate onboarding and management of service providers.
• Create, update, and maintain PM/RM schedules and inspection reports.
• Maintain and track inspection schedules, compliance documentation, and KPI reports.
• Ensure timely receipt and resolution of invoices and billing data.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors, including escalations.
• Respond to emergencies during designated support hours.
• Participate in internal meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Other duties as assigned.
