Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years administrative experience, industrial environment desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Extensive experience with CMMS platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution to requests.
• Manage all work orders, including emergency service requests, from inception through completion in CMMS.
• Ensure in-house and 3rd party technicians meet assigned performance targets.
• Support subcontractor dispatch, scheduling, service escalations, and payment inquiries.
• Support Regional Manager to meet contractual requirements including repair, maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and janitorial.
• Coordinate with Procurement Specialist for parts and equipment.
• Review and approve work exceeding predefined thresholds.
• Communicate with RM, FMs, clients, and service providers as needed.
• Review corrective action plans from Customer Satisfaction reports and ensure resolutions.
• Maintain positive relationships with client representatives and service providers.
