Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, Building Operations, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, higher education, or research facilities.
• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS).
• Experience with contractor management programs and preventative maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities for building systems under vendor service contracts.
• Oversee vendor contractors and service providers per contracts and safety standards.
• Monitor BAS/EMS and alarm systems; respond to faults and operational anomalies.
• Submit and track work requests; communicate schedules and impacts to stakeholders.
• Support emergency response, root‑cause investigations, and corrective actions.
