Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Facility Coordinator to manage facility services across an assigned market, ensuring timely, compliant and consistent delivery. You will oversee work orders, vendor onboarding, PM/RM schedules, inspections, and reporting.

Responsibilities include coordinating service providers, maintaining CMMS data, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with internal teams and customers to resolve issues while upholding high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment is required.
• Experience in the fire and life safety industry is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned work orders from initiation to completion with timely updates to clients.
• Coordinate onboarding and management of preferred service providers and maintain vendor data and pricing.
• Create, update, and maintain PM/RM schedules and ensure proper documentation in CMMS.
• Track inspection schedules, compliance documentation, and customer reporting with KPIs.
• Ensure timely receipt and resolution of invoices in coordination with AP and accounts teams.
• Review billing data to ensure correct GL coding and customer mapping.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams, customers, and vendors and escalate as needed.
• Respond to specialty-related emergencies during designated hours.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to support operational alignment.
• Other duties as assigned.
