Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Facility Manager to lead site maintenance, safety programs, and reliability initiatives. You will drive CMMS workflows, oversee subcontractors, and coordinate with clients to deliver high-quality facilities services.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in facilities management with strong MEP/Fire Life Safety experience, OSHA certifications, and proven leadership and communication skills to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7–10 years in facilities management with team leadership.
• Solid MEP and Fire Life Safety knowledge and experience.
• OSHA 10/30 hour certification or higher preferred.
• Proficient with CMMS and enterprise software systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate all work through the CMMS system and ensure SLA/KPI targets are met.
• Supervise teammates and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely execution and quality standards.
• Lead client meetings, present site performance and improvement plans.
• Develop action plans and root cause analyses for service improvements.
• Manage site metrics including safety, operational, and financial performance.
