Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Coordinator to support the Regional Manager and Facility Managers across a designated region. You will oversee work orders, ensure timely updates in CMMS, and maintain service levels to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years administrative experience, prior experience in an industrial environment desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CMMS platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage work orders from inception to completion in CMMS.
• Ensure in-house and 3rd party technicians meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors for dispatch, scheduling, and service escalations.
• Support regional managers to ensure routine services meet contractual requirements.
