You will manage vendor performance, assist in budgeting and reporting, and develop positive client relationships to drive satisfaction and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in facility management in corporate or service provider settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and operations.
• Experience with MS Office and CMMS databases.
• Regular attendance and ability to supervise vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate facilities management operations and staff.
• Oversee maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
• Manage vendor performance and onsite work with PM programs.
• Develop client relationships and ensure service levels.
• Support budgeting and reporting activities.
