Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Manager, Facilities to oversee on-site operations in multiple locations, including Atlanta, GA and other listed sites. The role focuses on site and vendor management, ensuring adherence to contracts, policies and safety standards.

You'll lead a small operations team, support budgeting, reporting, and client relationships, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient facilities services across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field.
• Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site operations and vendor relationships in line with policies and contract scope.
• Proactively develop and manage client relationships and meet service level targets.
• Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly spend reporting; manage vendor POs and invoices.
• Lead and develop the site operations team and align with facilities leadership.
