Job summary

JLL seeks a facilities operations leader to oversee site teams and vendor management across multiple properties in the United States. You will drive service excellence, cost control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal partners.

With 2+ years of supervisory experience in facilities management, you will mentor staff, manage budgets, implement improvements, and use IT tools to analyze performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management.
• Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, develop and supervise a professional team delivering events and facilities services.
• Oversee site operations, vendor management and contract compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, purchase orders and cost control.
• Support client relationships and ensure service levels meet KPIs.
• Champion safety, risk management and process improvements.
