Job summary

You will support budgeting, client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance while upholding health, safety and risk policies. The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive cost efficiency and service excellence.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in budgeting and reporting systems.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and vendor relationships.
• Oversee maintenance services across multiple disciplines and sites.
• Develop client relationships and meet service level targets.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Lead and develop a professional operations team.
• Coordinate internal teams for moves, safety initiatives, and capital projects.
