Job summary

JLL is seeking a facilities operations professional to oversee site and vendor management across multiple locations, including Charlotte, NC. You will lead a team, ensure compliance with contracts, and drive efficiency and service excellence.

You will manage client relationships, support budgeting and cost control, and contribute to annual planning for each building. The role requires a proactive leader with strong IT, analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Facilities, Property, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field.
• Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and supervise a professional team delivering events and site operations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring service levels and KPI targets.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and monthly spend reporting for sites/buildings.
• Coordinate with facilities leadership and drive performance and development.
