Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance across facilities. The role supports Property Managers with repairs, investment plans, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 3–5 years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and a facilities management certification is a plus. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.

• Experience supervising employees and conducting performance evaluations.
• Ability to manage staffing, training, and development.
• Relaxed handling of budgets, schedules, and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures.
• Oversee vendor relations and invoicing; review quotes.
• Lead training on maintenance, repairs, and safety.
• Promote CBRE RISE values and collaborate across teams.
• Apply discipline knowledge to achieve departmental objectives.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
