Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for operating and maintaining a portfolio of facilities. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, safety, and compliance while supporting project budgets and capital plans.

You will guide staff development, coordinate with vendors, and drive efficiency improvements across the site portfolio. A Bachelor's degree and relevant FM experience are preferred, with certification valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, and conduct evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities, set schedules, and cross-train staff; mentor as needed.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and address unresolved facility issues in meetings.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and review price quotes for parts, services, and labor.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
