Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education
• 3-5 years of relevant facilities management experience
• Strong leadership, training, and staff development abilities
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations
• Schedule and manage daily activities, assign tasks, and mentor staff
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors
• Maintain positive client relationships and address unresolved facility issues
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports
• Conduct facility inspections and suggest operational efficiencies and upgrades
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures for facilities
• Review vendor quotes and manage procurement of parts, services, and labor
• Lead process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety practices
• Model CBRE RISE values and influence stakeholders to reach agreements
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues
