Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Boise is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support client facility needs, perform maintenance coordination, and oversee service delivery across building systems.

Hybrid or remote work options are available; the role manages work orders, coordinates with vendors, monitors performance, and reports on key metrics to ensure timely, high-quality results.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in facilities or property management are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of administrative or tenant services experience preferred.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, phones, scheduling and communications; prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors and vendors; track status.
• Report on open/closed work orders and review vendor performance.
• Assist in measuring and reporting KPIs against service level agreements.
• Provide facilities helpdesk services and maintain communication with client, landlords, and vendors.
