Qualifications

• 3–5 years of administrative or tenant services experience.
• Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Prior experience working in facilities/property management or commercial real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors and vendors.
• Report on open and closed work orders and track status with responsible parties.
• Maintain communication with client, landlords and vendors to resolve issues and provide project status.
