Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee all client-owned facilities operations, manage service delivery programs, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role includes budget responsibilities, vendor oversight, and strengthening client relationships across commercial properties.

The successful candidate will lead teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of facilities/operations management experience.
• Experience managing multiple facility service lines in a commercial environment.
• Proven client relationship management and leadership experience.
• Experience budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong vendor management, contract administration, and procurement knowledge.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with facility management technologies and common software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee facility operations and service delivery programs across assigned properties.
• Manage integrated services including maintenance, janitorial, grounds, and workplace support.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and SLA adherence across facilities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets; support financial reporting.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract performance, and procurement activities.
• Lead and develop facility teams; ensure staffing and training adequacy.
